Step 2 - Apply a Green eye shadow to the outer 3rd of your eye and through the crease
Step 3 - Blend
Step 4 - Take the eye shadow under the eye. Green for the outer 2/3 and yellow for the inner 1/3
Step 5 - Apply gel liner to the upper lash line and creating a flick at the end
Step 6 - Take the gel line on to the inner waterline.
Step 7 - Apply glitter pigment to the lid
Step 8 - Add mascara
